What we handle
From panel check to first charge
Home Level 2 charging
A dedicated 240 V circuit and a clean wall-mount install — garage, carport or driveway-side, routed tidy.
02 / 04Panel & load check first
We confirm your panel can carry the charger before anyone commits to anything — and quote the upgrade path if it can’t.
03 / 04Permits & ESA sign-off
Every install is notified to ESA, inspected, and documented — so the work is to code and the paper trail is yours.
04 / 04Businesses & fleets
Workplace charging and customer parking, scoped around your electrical service and how the spots actually get used.
How it works
Checked, quoted, charging.
- 1 Tell us about the vehicle, the charger (if you have one), and where it’s parking. Photos of your panel help.
- 2 We confirm capacity and send a clear written quote — including the honest answer if a panel upgrade should come first.
- 3 Clean install on a dedicated circuit, ESA inspection handled, and you’re charging overnight.
Common questions
EV charging questions
01 Can my panel handle an EV charger?
That’s the first thing we check. A Level 2 charger is a serious load, so we look at your panel’s capacity and what’s already on it. If there’s room, we wire the circuit; if not, we’ll quote the panel upgrade alongside so you see the whole picture before deciding.
02 What’s the difference between Level 1 and Level 2 charging?
Level 1 uses a regular wall outlet — slow, often a day or more for a full charge. Level 2 runs on a dedicated 240 V circuit, the same idea as a dryer, and typically charges overnight. Level 2 is what most EV owners end up wanting at home.
03 Do you supply the charger, or install one I bought?
Either way works. Plenty of customers already have a charger picked out or supplied with the vehicle — we install it properly. If you haven’t chosen yet, tell us about your vehicle and parking setup and we’ll help you sort the options.
04 Is a permit needed to install an EV charger?
Yes — a new dedicated circuit needs ESA notification and inspection. We handle the ESA side on every install, so the charger is documented and signed off to code.
05 Do you install chargers for businesses?
Yes — workplace and customer-parking charging too. We handle commercial electrical across Greater Sudbury and travel Ontario-wide for larger projects.
