Not sure it’s an emergency? Call anyway — we’ll tell you honestly whether it can wait for daylight.

Common questions
Emergency questions
01 Do you really answer 24/7?
Yes — always. Electrical problems don’t keep business hours, so neither does our phone. Call (705) 670-7913 any time, day or night.
02 What counts as an electrical emergency?
Anything that can’t safely wait: a burning or hot smell from outlets or the panel, visible sparking or arcing, scorched or melted outlets, a panel that’s buzzing or hot to the touch, water getting into electrical, or losing power when the neighbours haven’t. If you’re not sure — call, and we’ll tell you honestly.
03 What should I do while I wait?
If anything is smoking, sparking or burning and you can reach your panel safely, shut off the main breaker. Don’t touch scorched outlets or wet electrical. And if there’s fire or an immediate danger to life, call 911 first — then call us.
04 What area do you cover for emergencies?
We’re based in Greater Sudbury and work across the basin day to day. Call and we’ll give you an honest ETA for where you are — no dispatcher, you talk to the crew.
05 What does an emergency call cost?
We keep pricing fair and tell you where things stand before work starts — the same clear-quote, no-surprise-invoice approach we bring to every job.
Right now
Day or night — we pick up.
If something’s burning, sparking or dead, don’t sit on it. Call and you’ll talk to the people doing the work.
