Built for the basin
Not every contractor can get through the gate.
Mining and heavy industry are the heart of what we do — and that includes going underground. NCP is an ECRA/ESA licensed contractor with a crew trained to mine-site safety standards and a mine-site–ready truck to get on site, working across mine and industrial operations throughout the Greater Sudbury basin and Ontario-wide.

What we bring to the job
Set up for underground and industrial work
Underground and industrial work sets a higher bar — for the crew, the truck that comes through the gate, and the way the job is run. We're built to meet it day in and day out, which is why operations and contractors across the basin call us for the work.
Mine-site–ready truck
A truck set up to get onto and park on mine-site property with the crew and gear aboard. Getting through the gate is the first hurdle on mine work; we clear it.
02 / 04Crew trained to site safety standards
Our crew works to mine-site safety standards, and we handle site-specific orientations and sign-ins the way each operation expects.
03 / 04Installations, fit-outs & distribution
New installations, equipment fit-outs and power distribution for underground and surface mine work — wired to the drawings and to Ontario code.
04 / 04Maintenance & breakdown response
Ongoing maintenance, fault-finding and breakdown response. When something goes down, we trace it to the source and get it back online.
The truck
On site, then underground
Mine sites set the bar for any vehicle coming through the gate, and our truck meets it — enough to drive onto and park on the property with the crew and gear aboard. The truck stays on surface; from there the crew goes underground the same way the mine's own people do, and gets to work.
Most contractors can't even get a vehicle through the gate. We can — and we know how the rest of the day works once the crew is underground.
Who we serve
Built for mine-site and industrial clients
Mining operations and industrial sites are our main market. We work alongside the people running and building them, on the conditions and the standards those jobs demand.
Standards & safety
Code-compliant, and run to site safety
All of our work is done to the Ontario electrical code and inspected by the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA). On industrial and mine sites, we work to the operation's safety standards — orientations, sign-ins and procedures — on top of our own.
